We are a professional architecture firm rooted in traditional design with an occasional modern flair. A firm that still believes that producing client satisfaction goes hand in hand with our projects pure lines and honest form. A balance of new thinking with old world craftsmanship standards. Each house is exhaustingly detailed and designed with the lifestyle and wishes of the client in mind before its creation. Our goal has always been to clad modern living with a traditional design.

John Laffey

is a Long Islander who earned his Bachelors Degree from New York Institute of Technology. After completing his apprenticeship with a local firm he opened his own practice and has not looked back since. Now with over thirty years of practice on his own he has seen and contributed to the ever growing and changing beauty of the East End’s architecture.

Richard Andrews

is a local graduate of the Hampton Bays High School who continued on to study Architecture at Philadelphia University. While in Philadelphia he was able to travel throughout Europe while studying architecture at American University of Rome, Italy. After his completion of the five year Bachelor of Architecture Degree Program he has come back to the Hamptons to our firm to further study the art and someday become a licensed Architect himself.
